CIRCULAR
Date: 22nd August, 2022.
All the U.G. College Principals are directed to follow the below mentioned guidelines in
the conduct of the AECC/SEC Examinations:
1. Conduct all the AECC/SEC - Regular/Backlog examinations for the Semester I, II, III
& IV from 30th
Aug to 3rd
September, 2022 (Excluding 31st
August).
2. Use the Practical booklets (12 pages) for these examinations.
3. The question paper has to be set by the college itself following the previous noncore question paper pattern.
4. Separate D forms will be sent to individual college logins for marking of the
attendance (without the D forms/attendance statements examination is considered
as void).
5. Valuation and entry to be conducted by & at the college itself.
6. All the AECC/SEC marks to be uploaded by the colleges as usual.
7. All the D Forms /Attendance statements, Marks list along with the Answer scripts
need to be submitted in the Examination Branch On or before 12th
September,
2022.
8. The Results will be kept on hold if fail to submit all the above mentioned
documents.
9. Any misconduct or manipulation in the conduct of the examinations such college
results will be on hold or suspended.
